Job Title: Retail Meat Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Meat Specialist to join our team at Indo Pak Grocery & Halal Meat. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats and poultry products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a butcher shop or meat department
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
