Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at International Marketing Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting sales and selling goods or services to customers through telemarketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Solicit sales and sell goods or services to customers through telemarketing efforts, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Order Taking and Record Keeping: Record customers' orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is captured.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn our products and services.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service in a retail business environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the internet and computer systems.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude.
