As a Professional Services Manager at Salesboom Inc, you will be instrumental in connecting the Sales and Technical Departments. Your main duty will be to offer consultative services to clients, assisting them in enhancing their business operations through the solutions provided by Salesboom. You will engage closely with customers to identify their requirements and deliver customized solutions that improve their Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning. Furthermore, you will partner with technical teams to implement customizations, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring that clients gain a comprehensive view of their business in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals
- Effectively manage daily operations
