Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities. This includes overseeing maintenance and repair work, being the point of contact for emergency situations, and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure that they are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The Hotel Supervisor will work in a hotel, motel, and resort environment, with regular exposure to cleaning products and equipment. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
