Job Description

Western Heritage is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document software testing plans to ensure thorough and efficient testing of our applications.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Install and configure software and hardware to prepare for testing, and execute and document test results.
  • Develop and implement software testing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across our applications.
Requirements
  • College or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
