Job Title: Customer Service Associate I - SeasonalJob Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate I - Seasonal. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions, making recommendations, and processing transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
