As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring environmental characterization, rehabilitation, and monitoring projects for our clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Oversight: Oversee mandates and environmental assessment studies for phases I and II and environmental rehabilitations, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise rehabilitation and characterization projects involving internal and external resources, fostering collaboration between clients, government authorities, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and laboratories.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect data, interpret results, and make recommendations related to the mandate, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical reports.
  4. Project Management: Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing delays.
  5. Business Development: Participate in business development through service proposals, coordinating the activities of technicians and professionals involved in projects.
Requirements
  1. Education: University Diploma in Geological, Civil, or Geology Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant experience in environmental characterization and rehabilitation.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, guides, guidelines, policies, and other reference materials, with excellent writing skills in French.
  4. Additional Requirements: Fluency in oral and written French, completed health and safety training on construction sites (ASP Construction Card), and agility to evolve in multidisciplinary projects.
