**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented SR&ED Analyst to support our team in documenting and preparing SR&ED claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, technology, or engineering, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **SR&ED Claims Research:** Identify and document eligible R&D activities and expenditures.
  • **Technical Documentation:** Collect and organize technical and financial evidence related to SR&ED projects. Prepare detailed project descriptions that demonstrate eligibility for SR&ED tax credits.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure all claims comply with SR&ED program requirements and CRA regulations. Stay updated on changes to SR&ED guidelines and industry best practices.
  • **Process Improvement:** Analyze current business processes and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • **Collaboration:** Liaise between various business departments and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of R&D activities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting scientific or technological advancements.
