We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Bilingual Associate Investment Counsellor. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist Investment Counsellors in maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Participate in various initiatives aimed at continuously improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide administrative support to Investment Counsellors, including account opening documentation and client onboarding.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and prepare presentation materials.
- Construct custom reporting and portfolio strategies for quarterly reviews.
- Deliver client advice and recommend portfolio strategies.
- Answer client inquiries and respond to requests for information.
- Maintain up-to-date client files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- University degree in Business or Economics.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the investment industry.
- Minimum 3 years of portfolio management experience.
- Superior client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
