About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on product presentation and store housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a strong customer focus and positive attitude.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with a willingness to commit to continuous education and learning.
