Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Hayer Demolition Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of cranes in a demolition environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in crane operation
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain and service cranes, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Utilize cranes with dredging attachments for dredging tasks in waterways and other areas.
  • Assemble tower cranes on-site as required.
  • Operate gantry cranes for loading and unloading cargo at port facilities.
  • Utilize bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and position plant machinery and materials.
  • Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges for lifting and moving equipment and materials.
Work Environment

The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. The work schedule is typically 40 hours per week, and the position is permanent.

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication on the job.
