Job Title: Senior Vice President, Career Colleges

TriOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President, Career Colleges to lead our Career Colleges division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Career Colleges, while ensuring alignment with our institution's overall mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Career Colleges division, aligning with the institution's mission and goals.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the Career Colleges division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve divisional performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of academic and administrative professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and success.
  • Ensure that the curriculum and programs offered by the Career Colleges meet or exceed industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Career Colleges division, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, industry partners, and accrediting bodies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business or management or similar along with a track record of educational leadership.
  • An MBA or other graduate degree in an appropriate field of expertise is preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrate collaborative experience with working with a Board of Directors/Advisors.
  • Strong business acumen, budget planning, and management skills.
  • Proven track record in the development of industry, government, and community partnerships.
  • Refined administrative and team leadership experience, preferably in a post-secondary environment; teaching experience at the post-secondary level is an asset.
  • Experience in higher education online education management including strategic planning, budgetary, and program development.
  • Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations and facilitate group meetings.
  • Ability to develop proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and provide appropriate and creative resolutions when required.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams).
  • A reliable vehicle, valid provincial driver's license, and credit card is required.
