ROLE

The Quantitative Research Analyst will engage in comprehensive quantitative analysis, emphasizing the development of predictive models. You will receive extensive training covering all facets of systematic trading, from conceptualization to execution. Successful candidates will emerge as influential contributors within our dynamic research team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Review, interpret, and synthesize contemporary academic literature.
  2. Oversee the entire research lifecycle, including conceptualization, data interpretation, hypothesis formulation and validation, alpha identification, strategy formulation, backtesting, and portfolio evaluation.
  3. Create analytical instruments to enhance our collaborative research environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
  2. Proficiency in Python (or a similar programming language) and familiarity with SQL.
  3. Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  4. Proactive approach to ownership of projects.
  5. Ability to function both autonomously and as part of a team.
  6. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes promptly.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Prior experience in the financial services sector is not mandatory.
  9. Adherence to the highest ethical standards.
