Project Director Rail and Transit Infrastructure

GHD is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our Rail and Transit Infrastructure practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project teams and ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in rail and transit infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Experience working with regional municipalities or local transit agencies
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
