Job Title: Human Relations Agent

At the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB), we are seeking a highly skilled Human Relations Agent to join our team.

Job Summary

The Human Relations Agent will be responsible for designing, implementing, updating, analyzing, and assessing activities in one or more social programs. This includes conducting activities such as conception, updating, analysis, and evaluation of Nishiiyuu Miyupimaatisiiun programs and plans to address specific community needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop program plans to address community needs
  • Design and implement social programs to promote community development and well-being
  • Update and evaluate program activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Analyze data to inform program decisions and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to build relationships and promote program success
