Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fire Chief to lead our team at Odgers Berndtson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our fire department and ensuring the safety of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the department is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as fire science or emergency management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fire department or emergency response role, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as NFPA or IFSAC.
