About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at ASHCROFT APARTMENTS AND MOTEL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed.
  • Work a regular 40-hour week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
