As a CRM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and reliability of the solutions we propose. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both our internal team and clients, while also mentoring junior and intermediate consultants within our delivery center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic consulting on solutions and methodologies for intricate use cases;
- Design the overall architecture of sophisticated CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and product viability;
- Collaborate closely with clients' IT departments on complex scenarios;
- Supervise CRM projects to guarantee the implementation of best practices;
- Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced consultants.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing projects, particularly those involving integration with multiple systems.
- A strong IT background complemented by extensive CRM experience (over 10,000 hours of implementation).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possession of one of the following certifications: Sales, Service, or Marketing.
