Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our financial products, including the Neo Card and Neo Savings accounts. As a Lead Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative products, and driving growth and engagement with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Help define the product vision and strategy, and translate that vision into a clear product roadmap to drive growth and engagement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams to build the best Financial Services products in the market.
- Partnerships and Innovation: Engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps that will support continued product innovation.
- Product Development: Develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack from a user, technical, operations, business, and design perspective; use that understanding to bring high-impact opportunities to the product roadmap.
- Project Execution: Own the execution of your team's projects; excel at keeping the product ticket backlog up-to-date and prioritized, integrating projects into sprints, release management, gathering feedback, and iterating on releases.
- Stakeholder Management: Responsible for gathering feedback and communicating ongoing developments of the product across the company; working closely with our marketing, operations, finance, and compliance teams to identify and execute against the highest value opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Support team members within your product group, while working towards adding value across product functions, contributing to longer-term product roadmaps.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with software products.
- Prior start-up or product experience, business analyst, management consulting, systems, or engineering background.
- Capable of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders, while dealing with competing priorities.
- Taking ownership over your work and outcomes with a passion for building world-class products with a world-class team.
- Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset.
