- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized service and ensuring that their shopping experience is positive and memorable.
- Merchandising: Work with our buying team to ensure that our store is well-stocked with the latest products and that our displays are visually appealing and effective.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage, ensuring that our store is secure and that our customers feel safe.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.

- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
