About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Greek Localization QA Tester to join our team in Montreal, QC, Canada. As a Localization QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our games' localized content, including text, images, and voice-over components. Your attention to detail and language expertise will be essential in identifying and reporting linguistic, visual, and cultural issues in our games.
Key Responsibilities
- Test video game titles and verify all text, images, and voice-over components in Greek
- Find translation, contextual, cultural, and other linguistic errors in video game titles
- Report errors in a bug-tracking database and/or translation document in a clear manner
- Provide resolutions for errors reported to improve the linguistic and translated content
- Follow and respect terminology guidelines
- Cross-check issues between different languages with your team
- Report to and follow instructions from the Test Lead
- Address and escalate problems to the Test Lead
Requirements
- Native-level language competency in Greek
- Proof of existing eligibility to work in Canada
- Experience using mobile, PC, and console devices and knowledge of their terminology
- Passion for video games
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Professional competency in English
