Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Physical DemandsPhysically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working ConditionsWork in a variety of locations, including fast food outlets, restaurants, and other food service establishments.
