We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Safeway. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales, control labor, and monitor margin
- Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards and drive sales
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Act as an ambassador for Safeway's values and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Experience with Kroll software is preferred
