About the House Cleaning Position

We're a reputable maid service company seeking individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy a team-based environment, and appreciate positive feedback from management and clients.

We offer:

• Competitive hourly rate up to $22 + tips

• Paid training and performance bonuses

• Flexible weekday hours with no nights or weekends

• Full and part-time positions available, ideal for those with family commitments

• Weekly pay

Our team cleaning approach is designed to be efficient and effective:

• We provide comprehensive training on our cleaning methods, so prior experience is not necessary

• Teams of two people work together to clean three to four homes per day

• A reliable vehicle is required, and we'll assign a partner when you start

• Travel to our valued clients' homes, with end times dependent on home size, team size, and client frequency

• Enjoy positive feedback and recognition for your hard work

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle

• Hardworking, reliable, and positive attitude

• Ability to work weekday hours, Monday to Friday

• Willingness to provide a recent police check upon hiring

Candidates must reside in Mississauga or Toronto.
