Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Receive Payments: Manage the payment process for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities are coordinated and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure efficient use of resources and meet the needs of the business.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
