We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wine Service Associate to join our team at Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. As a Wine Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the tasting room.
- Provide wine tastings and sales, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of our wine portfolio.
- Assist with daily operations, including wine and merchandise inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized tasting room environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance wine knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- 19 years of age or older.
- Serving It Right certificate.
- Passion for people, wine, food, and the hospitality industry.
- Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and strong work ethic required.
- Courteous, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work weekends throughout the season.
