Informatics Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatics Security Analyst to join our team at Antares Professional Corporation Chartered Professional Accountants. As an Informatics Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify security requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that prioritize security and data protection.
- Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the highest level of security.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize those risks.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure security best practices.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in informatics security or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
- Certified Information Security Systems Practitioner (CISSP) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in R, MS Office, SQL, and Python programming languages.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
