Outlier is seeking experienced English writers to contribute to the training of generative artificial intelligence models. As a freelance writer, you will play a crucial role in helping us improve our AI models by providing high-quality human feedback.
Responsibilities- Read and rank English text produced by AI models
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, requiring research and fact-checking
- Assess the factuality and relevance of text generated by AI models
- Experience as a professional writer or editor
- Strong English language skills, including spelling, grammar, and logic
- Attention to detail and ability to explain the strengths and weaknesses of text
Pay rates for core project work average USD $15 per hour, with rates varying based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need. Certain projects offer incentive payments.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier platform. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence and meet specific requirements.
