MPE Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Electrical Design Drafting Technologist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for various projects. Your expertise in AutoCAD and knowledge of industrial controls will be essential to ensuring accurate and efficient drafting solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in electrical design.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and efficient electrical solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Design Drafting Technologist.
  • Eligibility for membership in TPSK.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of industrial controls design and drafting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
