  • Collaborating with clients to formulate and execute legislative initiatives.
  • Partnering with clients to devise proactive approaches for managing intricate workplace challenges.
  • Composing and delivering clear, concise, and precise legal opinions.
  • Advising on organizational policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Drafting various contracts, including employment agreements.
  • Providing guidance, support, and direction to external legal representatives acting on behalf of the organization.
  • Conducting research, monitoring, analyzing, and conveying updates in legislation that may affect the organization.
