You will engage closely with a diverse clientele, including individual members and business proprietors, making interpersonal skills crucial to your success.
You will drive outcomes by formulating strategies and recommending investment options, loans, and insurance products. Your expertise will be essential in balancing client satisfaction with business goals, profitability, and prudent risk management. Collaborating with various partners and specialists, you will design comprehensive strategies that cater to the unique needs of clients and members. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients and members on optimal strategies while helping them define expected outcomes.
- Managing client relationships, evaluating satisfaction and service quality, and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Keeping abreast of developments in the financial services sector, market trends, and best practices.
- Engaging in community outreach initiatives and representing the organization in various capacities.

What you bring to the table
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least one year of pertinent experience.

- Proficiency in French is required.
- Awareness of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments.
- Specialized knowledge in tax, financial, and succession matters for individuals and businesses.
- Familiarity with products and services available to caisse members and those offered by Desjardins Business Centres and competitors.
- Understanding of debt management principles.
- Knowledge of compliance with legislation regarding the distribution of financial products and services.
- Insight into the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
- Familiarity with policies, legislation, and standards related to products and services provided by the caisse.
- Understanding of Desjardins business processes.
