You will drive outcomes by formulating strategies and recommending investment options, loans, and insurance products. Your expertise will be essential in balancing client satisfaction with business goals, profitability, and prudent risk management. Collaborating with various partners and specialists, you will design comprehensive strategies that cater to the unique needs of clients and members. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients and members on optimal strategies while helping them define expected outcomes.
  • Managing client relationships, evaluating satisfaction and service quality, and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the financial services sector, market trends, and best practices.
  • Engaging in community outreach initiatives and representing the organization in various capacities.

What you bring to the table

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Awareness of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments.

  • Understanding of debt management principles.

  • Familiarity with policies, legislation, and standards related to products and services provided by the caisse.
  • Understanding of Desjardins business processes.
