We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with veterans under the Program of Comprehensive Vocational Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS) and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans
- Manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with the inter-professional team
- Participate in case conferences and case management
