La Bass Holsteins Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Farm Worker. This position is essential for maintaining the health and productivity of our livestock and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Training will be provided
- Exposure to dust and noise
- Involvement in dairy operations
- Work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to relocate is necessary
- Monitor the health of animals
- Perform grooming tasks for livestock
- Feed and care for animals
- Operate and maintain farm machinery
- Assist in milking cows
- Clean and maintain stables, barns, and animal pens
- Document daily progress with basic reports
