As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management for our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of mental health technicians to ensure effective patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with shift supervisors and registered nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient safety and well-being, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on patient care and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
