This veterinary establishment is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care for small animals, including urgent and after-hours services. The modern facility is equipped with all necessary resources for exceptional pet care, such as wellness and preventive services, dental care, medical diagnostics, nutritional guidance, surgical procedures, a pharmacy, in-house laboratory, and digital radiography.
The Medical Director (MD) is tasked with managing and supervising the daily operations related to the medical care and treatment provided to the hospital's patients. The MD will plan, direct, and coordinate office functions, mentor the veterinary and technical staff, and ensure the practice operates profitably while adhering to high standards. Additionally, the MD will educate clients and strive to deliver excellence in all facets of veterinary care for companion animals. The MD is also responsible for enhancing the quality of care offered to pets, ensuring outstanding client service, and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a strong sense of integrity, and advanced leadership skills. Attributes such as positivity, empathy, humility, and a genuine passion for connecting with pets, clients, and team members are essential. While experienced Medical Directors are preferred, a qualified Veterinarian with leadership potential will also be considered.
