Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the pump, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Efficiently dispense fuel and propane, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct windshield cleaning, oil checks, and fluid level checks to ensure vehicles are in good condition.
  • Process fuel and merchandise payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Clean the car wash, if applicable.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promote our services to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old, as per government regulations for fuel and propane dispensing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs).
  • Dispensing fuel experience is an asset, with training available.
