Position Overview

Aim Construction Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Construction Helper** to support our team in various building projects. This role involves assisting in the construction process and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Conditions may include confined spaces, noise, and dust.
  • Willingness to relocate is essential, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
Safety and Security
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Repetitive tasks may be required.
