To excel in this role, you will need to effectively leverage your strong communication and leadership abilities to positively influence clients, maximize profit, and drive results.
As an Account Executive, Technical Services Specialist, you will:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Nurture existing clients, expanding into new markets to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans for individual and company goals, aligning with Plan Group's business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows, establishing interest in energy solutions and promoting Plan Group's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize customer information, develop proposals, and coordinate opportunity flow, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Generate quotations, respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and support regular reporting to the Senior Management Team, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Promote sales to existing clients, consult post-sale for ongoing support, and adhere to company policies, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and commission electrical equipment, including testing and commissioning of protection relays, power transformer installation, assembly, testing, and re-gasketing.
- Install, test, and repair instrument transformers, switchgear upgrades and modifications, and conduct thorough reviews of specifications and drawings.
- Develop material labor take-offs, coordinate price packages, and review estimates with Project Managers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and account management in the Power System Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a field environment with the Power System Industry.
- Field experience in Medium/High Voltage substation maintenance and projects.
- Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Highly energetic, results-driven, collaborative team member.
