Position Summary:
The Financial Centre Operations Leader (FCOL) is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Financial Centre Administrators. The primary objective of the FCOL is to empower Advisors, their support staff, and management in recognizing educational requirements and providing essential training on Sun Life's protocols, tools, technologies, and administrative procedures. This position also holds accountability for the operational efficiency of Financial Centre branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Financial Centre operations
- Lead the team responsible for resource administration
- Conduct individual performance reviews with team members
- Evaluate learning needs of advisors and suggest appropriate training
- Coordinate the training initiatives for the Financial Centre
- Deliver a variety of training sessions
- Provide assistance with technology issues and product knowledge
- Facilitate training on compliance matters
- Manage facilities and equipment
- Supervise administrative workflows
Qualifications:
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
