About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. As an Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Human Resources: Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process, including developing job postings, conducting interviews, and creating employee onboarding packages.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Project, and experience with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
