Snow Removal Crew Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Snow Removal Crew as a Lead. As a Snow Removal Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of snow removal professionals in clearing sidewalks, pathways, and other areas of snow and ice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of snow removal professionals in clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, pathways, and other areas
  • Ensure all team members are working safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Monitor and report on weather conditions and snow removal progress
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless snow removal operations

Requirements:

  • G license and clean abstract (preferable)
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site required
  • The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
  • Must have access to a mobile phone
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivation and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. Due to the hourly fluctuations of the snow season, CSL Group will be guaranteeing 33 hours per week paid bi-weekly.
