Operations Associate II

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operations Associate II to join our team in Grand Prairie, AB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain customer equipment;
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
  • Deliver products to customers;
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading;
  • Install machines at customer locations;
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
  • 30% overnight stays at rural routes.

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, previous experience with electronics, plumbing, and electrical systems, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma preferred;
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience with electronics, plumbing, and electrical systems;
  • Comfortable driving a cube truck.

Competencies:

  • Basic computer skills;
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
