About The Colour Model Inc.

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and making recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process returns and exchanges, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Store Visuals: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and displaying products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
