About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Aasman Brand Communications Inc. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet client needs
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment to co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
  • Process files and paperwork
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and Social Media
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fast-paced environment with a large workload
