About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Administrator to join our team. As a critical role, you will support our Senior Associate in driving business growth by identifying opportunities for our Sales Associates.

Key Functions and Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Provide timely, accurate, and efficient support to the Senior Associate to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Process: Gain a strong understanding of sales strategies and processes to achieve strong sales results.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Identify and schedule meetings and events for our sales team, including logistical details.
  • Client Support: Prepare client-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Database Management: Maintain various databases, records, and monthly reports.
  • Internal Relationships: Liaise and maintain strong relationships with internal departments.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of investment products and account types.
  • Sales Development: Ability to develop sales skills, achieve results, and elevate to new roles within the department.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Customer Focus: Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
Education and Experience
  • Financial Services Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of financial services industry experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
  • Professional Certifications: EMD/CSC is an asset.
  • Eligibility: Legal eligibility to work in Canada is a prerequisite for this role.
