The successful candidate will possess the ability to visualize user experiences, articulate complex use cases, and translate vision into actionable design deliverables.

Essential Duties
In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of the design for comprehensive product experiences and features.
  • Lead design initiatives throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
  • Facilitate creative processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities and craft solutions for our most pressing customer challenges.
  • Create design frameworks, diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and detailed visual mockups to communicate design strategies, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to realize your vision.
  • Support your design decisions with quantitative data, site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback, focusing on the development of junior designers.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders across design, technology, business, and leadership.

Qualifications
Experience with applying scrum methodologies to visual or UX design processes is preferred.

  • Proven experience in UX design for complex workflows.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, and Dreamweaver.
