Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Red Radish Caterer Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, schedule staff, and train staff.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide support as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
