Dockworker

QSL is seeking a skilled Longshoreman to join our team at the Oshawa Marine Terminal. As a Longshoreman, you will be responsible for manual work involved in loading and unloading vessels and trucks, as well as storing materials.

You will operate machinery such as forklifts, wheel loaders, and ship's cranes to carry out stowage, handling, and storage operations. Your work schedule will be flexible, with on-call availability and varying hours per week.

• Ability to work on-call with rotating schedules including day, night, evening, and weekend
• Interest in manual work outdoors, on the dock and in the holds of ships
• Experience as a laborer
• Experience on forklift or other machinery is an asset
