We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Amber Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records and mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Communication: Operate radio equipment and follow up on issues with work orders.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Possess knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
