Key Responsibilities:


• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and requests promptly, fostering trust and satisfaction.


• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Associates to address and resolve critical client issues.


• Assist in the creation, distribution, and monitoring of quarterly reports and marketing materials.


• Ensure the accurate and timely management of account openings and closures.


• Oversee client Registered Plan contributions, payments, transfers, and withdrawals.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts through daily activity reviews.


• Manage pending plan transfers to guarantee proper settlement and delivery.


• Utilize a contact management system for effective task management and client record maintenance.


• Liaise with custodians to resolve any arising issues.


• Execute project work as assigned, ensuring alignment with personal workload and strategic objectives.

Additional duties may include:


• Ordering office supplies


• Conducting mail and cheque runs


• Performing printing, scanning, and filing tasks

Qualifications:


• Relevant educational background in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.


• 1-2 years of experience in banking, wealth operations, or customer service.


• Familiarity with processing registered accounts, including TFSA's, RRSPs, and other banking products.
